The spiral is indeed interesting. It’s a little tight and the spiral does give a interesting sensation. I will say it’s better than a handjob but definitely not a vagina/deepthroat replacement. Kinda gimicky? The twist is nice and all, but since the material is so light, it doesn't get really intense even if you swing it up and down like a drill. Or maybe it's just me. But it has one of the best packaging in terms of both functionality and aesthetics. If you are looking for real-like sensation or even above, look elsewhere.
